What is F&G's Shipping Policy?
We aim to dispatch your orders within 5 working days. During busy periods such as a new product launches and restocks, please have patience with us and allow up to 7 working days, for your order to dispatch.
We offer automatic FREE SHIPPING on all "Bundle Sets". Exclusive of the sets, your orders will be shipped charged according to weight, at the following postage rates:
Rest of the World - €8.00 - €15.50.
Can I return products?
To be eligible for a refund the goods must be unused, unworn, unwashed and free from pet hair.
Please pack your return items with a note detailing your name and order number and return to:

Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the reason for return is due to a faulty / damaged product. If you feel that goods received are faulty / damaged, please contact us at email@example.com.
Please retain proof of postage.
When your return is received, we will inspect it and revert to you with confirmation of the approval or rejection of your refund; based on the criteria described above.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and applied to your original method of payment (credit / debit card).
Please note that refunds are issued, less original postage costs.
How do I clean F&G products?
We recommend hand washing your Fred & Ginger accessories, in warm soapy water.
If it is your preference to machine wash, please wrap your products in fabric to protect them and use a gentle cycle at 30 degrees.
